How it works
One app, one PIN. Everything is stored in your Notion page “HQ Database”.
AnytimeCapture
- Press Capture (or N on a keyboard, or the + on your phone).
- Type it or paste a link. It lands in Inbox with no date.
- This replaces your quick to-do app.
Sunday, about 10 minutesPlan week
- Drag Inbox cards onto a day, or use each card's day menu.
- Use the arrows or the date box to plan any week ahead. A task 10 days out goes on its exact date.
- Press "Bring overdue tasks to today" to clear last week.
Every morningToday
- Decide on anything under "Still open from earlier".
- Pull more in from This week or Inbox.
- Bills due this week show on the right.
When something changesSubscriptions and Deployments
Add a bill, a card, a new project or a new service from the app. It's saved to Notion straight away, and you can still edit it in Notion.
